Lucy Foerster

Lucy is a graduate of Temple University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Sport and Recreation Management at the School of Tourism and Hospitality. After living in the Northeast for eight years Lucy packed her bags and headed back to Miami in pursuit of new opportunities.

Lucy works as the accounts receivable manager for a local seafood importer. She enjoys being a part of the Junior Orange Bowl’s Sports Ability Games committee which hosts an annual three day event for adaptive youth athletes. Additionally serves the community through her volunteer work with Junior League of Miami.

Lucy currently resides in Coconut Grove, Florida, and hopes to be a “Grove Lifer.” To help spread a sense of community Lucy is one of the core organizers for the Coconut Grove Run Community which holds weekly runs every Wednesday night and Saturday morning for all levels and abilities. In March of 2018 she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and hopes to bring more adaptive yoga classes to South Florida.

In her spare time Lucy enjoys reading, training for half marathons and going to sports events with her family.
